Kayra Versus Okuzgozu is produced with modern viticulture techniques and reflects the differentiated micro terroirs of Alpagut Vineyards. Kayra Versus Okuzgozu offers purity of the ancient varietal with condensed red fruit aromas balanced with fresh acidity.
To preserve the elegant structure and silky tannins, Versus Okuzgozu is matured in French oak barrels.
Rhubarb, cassis, black berry preserves, fresh ground white pepper, Plum and allspice, Hazelnut, pine forest, sea breeze.
Condensed fruits without heaviness, delicate, subtle. Full of high toned red fruits. Long in palate with fresh acidity and silky tannins.
Lamb ribs, lamb chops, grilled steak, filet mignon, stews, baked duck, duck confit, pasta with meat sauce, Kars gruyère cheese, Ardahan cheese, edam cheese.
